It's all the rage and for good reason! Simple, fresh, inexpensive, and healthy, banana nice cream is versatile and an easy dairy replacement. Try it if you haven't already! Our little friend was visiting and we decided to make it with her for snack.
Slice a banana and freeze for several hours. I usually slice a few and keep the pieces in the freezer for later use.
In a food processor, blend the frozen banana, a splash of almond milk, and a handful of fresh berries (we used strawberries from the garden) until smooth. Top with your favorite toppings such as shredded coconut, raw slivered almonds, or gluten free /vegan chocolate chips. Yummy!!!
